Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

Lost/Stolen Card

Students There is a $25 replacement for a lost or stolen card. This fee can be paid with cash, check, or charged to the student's U-Bill. The picture on file can be used, or a new picture can be taken. If the card is replaced or a new card is received the old card will be cut and destroyed. Only one ISUCard will work at a time and all old versions of the ISUCard will never work again after being replaced. If the replacement card is solely needed to take a test at the Testing Center, a list of other acceptable forms of identification can be found on the Testing Center website listed below.

Employees If it has been over a year since your card was last printed, it is a free replacement and the picture on file will be used. If it has been less than a year since the last print, the card was intentionally damaged or an updated picture is requested, there is a $25 replacement fee. This fee can be paid with cash, check, or charged to the employee's U-Bill. If the lost card was printed before May 2009 and the individual was issued a Proximity Card, the Proximity card must also be returned.

Damaged Cards

For employees, a replacement for a damaged card counts as your free print for the year.
