Lost/Stolen Card

Students There is a $25 replacement fee for a lost or stolen card. This fee can be paid with cash, check, or charged to the student's U-Bill. The ISUCard office employee will determine if a new photo is needed or if the photo on file will be used. If the card is replaced or a new card is received the old card will be cut and destroyed. Only one ISUCard will work at a time and all old versions of the ISUCard will never work again after being replaced. If the lost card was printed before May 2009 and the individual was issued a Proximity Card, the Proximity card must also be returned. The ISUCard office employee will determine if a new photo is needed or if the photo on file will be used.

Damaged Cards

Return the damaged card to the ISUCard Office. It is a free replacement if the card is the current version, the picture on file is used, and the card has not been damaged due to non normal wear or improper storage. If the current card was printed before May 2009 and the individual was issued a white Proximity Card, the Proximity card must also be returned.
